Privacy and personal data

Privacy policy

1. About this policy

Forte Tecnologias is responsible for the processing described on this page. This policy explains what the site collects, why the data is used, and what choices are available under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Access to public pages does not depend on accepting analytics cookies. When a feature asks for information, we show the required fields and use the data to handle that request.

2. Data we process

The data varies with the feature you use. Public forms on this site do not request card or payment details.

2.1 Data you provide

We may process information submitted through the contact, quote, and UX audit forms, including:

  • Name and email address;
  • Services of interest and contact message;
  • Project description, platforms, stage, features, and estimates;
  • URL, page goal, audience, industry, and competitor details submitted to the UX audit;
  • Country, language, and technical identifiers needed to complete the request.

2.2 Technical data

Some technical data is used for security, operation, and, after consent, usage measurement:

  • IP address for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and Turnstile verification;
  • Pages visited and interactions, only after analytics cookies are accepted;
  • General browser and device information provided by the analytics tools you accept.

2.3 Sensitive personal data (not requested)

Public forms do not ask for sensitive personal data. Avoid including this type of information in free-text fields unless it is essential to your request.

3. How we use data

We use the information for purposes tied to the feature you choose:

  • Respond to messages, organize requests, and send the quote you requested;
  • Generate scopes, estimates, and audit reports from the data provided;
  • Send operational messages related to the request and retain the history needed to handle it;
  • Protect the site from abuse, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

4. Providers and sharing

We use providers only when they are needed to operate the feature you requested:

  • Hosting, storage, email, security, scheduling, analytics, and artificial intelligence providers, such as Cloudflare, Resend, Cal.com, and the services configured to generate estimates and audits;
  • Public authorities when required by law or in response to a valid request;
  • Parties involved in a corporate reorganization, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal data. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its service and remains subject to its own privacy and security obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may make requests about the data we process, subject to the conditions and limits established by law:

  • Confirm that processing exists and access your data;
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data;
  • Request portability in accordance with applicable regulations and trade secret protections;
  • Withdraw consent and request deletion of data processed on that basis when applicable;
  • Receive information about sharing and object to processing carried out in breach of the law.

To protect your data, we may ask for information that confirms the identity of the person making the request.

6. Security and retention

We use technical and administrative controls proportionate to the site features, including:

  • HTTPS connections and protection of data in transit;
  • Access controls for administrative areas and submitted data;
  • Input validation, rate limiting, Turnstile, and expiration of temporary records.

Quote sessions expire after seven days. Access to UX audit results and screenshots expires after 24 hours. Other records are kept for as long as needed to handle requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. No internet-connected system can eliminate every risk.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site separates data needed for operation from optional analytics data.

  • Essential cookies store language, preferences, and information needed for security and operation;
  • Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Web Analytics load only after you accept analytics cookies;
  • The current version of the site does not use cookies for personalized advertising.

You can accept or reject analytics in the cookie notice and reopen this choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
